Advocacy for Inclusion has been appointed as the Australian Capital Territory Expert for the independent evaluation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This research project has been designed to find out which parts of the NDIS trial are working well, and which parts are not working well, so that the NDIS can be made better in the future.
We want to hear about your experiences of the NDIS in the ACT Trial Site. Your stories and perspectives can be emailed to email@example.com. We will collate these to provide expert feedback to the National evaluation team.
Any information you provide will be de-identified. Participation is entirely voluntary. The evaluation team will protect the privacy and confidentiality of all information.
The NDIS Evaluation is independent, and separate from other feedback mechanisms. For more information on the project visit this page: What is the NDIS Evaluation? ?
If you want to know more about how to make a complaint or give feedback directly to the National Disability Insurance Agency visit this page: Giving feedback, making complaints or challenging NDIA decisions
